These Terms & Conditions apply to all use of kervanbazaar.com and to every order placed through it. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds policy and Distance Sales Agreement.

2. Using our website

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its security or operation. We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the website at any time.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

4. Products and descriptions

We do our best to describe and photograph products accurately. Many of our products are handmade or natural, so small differences in colour, size or pattern are normal and are not considered defects. Colours may also look slightly different depending on your screen.

5. Prices

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Prices do not include import duties or taxes that may be charged by your country’s customs authority. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

6. Orders and contract

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. A contract is formed when we confirm and accept your order. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, if payment is not authorised or if we suspect fraud; in that case any amount paid is refunded.

7. Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment service provider. By submitting your payment details you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method.

8. Shipping and risk

Delivery times and costs are described on our Shipping & Delivery page. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to you or to the person you designated.

9. Customs and import rules

You are responsible for making sure the products you order may be legally imported into your country, and for any duties and taxes charged on import. Parcels refused by the recipient or confiscated by customs cannot be refunded, except where required by law.

10. Right of withdrawal and returns

Consumers may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days as described in our Returns & Refunds policy and the Distance Sales Agreement. Certain items, such as food and opened hygiene products, are excluded.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, logos, graphics and the selection and arrangement of products — belongs to Kervan Bazaar or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission. Third-party brand names belong to their respective owners.

12. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as courier delays, customs inspections, strikes or natural events.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For consumers in Türkiye, applications may be made to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts within the monetary limits set each year. Otherwise, the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
