This agreement is prepared in accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts. It is shown to you and accepted electronically before you complete your order.

Article 1 — Parties

Buyer: The person whose name, address and contact details are entered at checkout on kervanbazaar.com.

Article 2 — Subject

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties for the sale and delivery of the products ordered by the Buyer electronically on kervanbazaar.com, under the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

Article 3 — Products, price and payment

The type, quantity, unit price, total price including taxes, shipping cost and payment method of the products are as shown on the order summary and in the order confirmation email sent to the Buyer. Prices are in US dollars (USD). Import duties and taxes charged by the destination country are not included and are paid by the Buyer.

Article 4 — Delivery

Products are delivered to the address given by the Buyer, by courier, within at most 30 days from the order date. Estimated delivery times are shown on the Shipping & Delivery page. If the Seller cannot deliver within this period, the Buyer is informed and may cancel the order with a full refund.

Article 5 — Seller’s obligations

The Seller undertakes to deliver the products complete, as described on the website and with any required documents, and to pack them suitably for transport.

Article 6 — Buyer’s obligations

The Buyer confirms having read the preliminary information about the products, price, delivery and right of withdrawal before placing the order, and that the information provided at checkout is correct. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the products may be imported into the destination country.

Article 7 — Right of withdrawal

The Buyer may withdraw from this agreement within 14 days from the date of delivery without giving any reason and without paying any penalty, by notifying the Seller by email at info@kervanbazaar.com or via WhatsApp. After the notice, the Buyer returns the products within 10 days. The Seller refunds the amount paid, including the original delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, using the original payment method. Article 8 — Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Under Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal does not apply to: products that can deteriorate quickly or have a short expiry date (including foods such as Turkish delight, baklava, nuts and dried fruits); products whose protective seal has been opened and which are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons (such as cologne, perfume and personal-care products); and products made according to the Buyer’s specific requests or personalised.

Article 9 — Defective products

If a product is defective or damaged on delivery, the Buyer may use the rights granted under Law No. 6502. The Buyer is asked to inform the Seller within 48 hours of delivery with photos so that the issue can be resolved quickly.

Article 10 — Dispute resolution

For disputes arising from this agreement, the Buyer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court at the Buyer’s or the Seller’s place of residence, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade. Turkish law applies, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights the Buyer has in their country of residence.

Article 11 — Entry into force

By confirming the order and completing payment, the Buyer accepts all terms of this agreement. The agreement and order details are sent to the Buyer’s email address and kept by the Seller.
